BACKUP INFORMATION: To backup all the information on the entire USB drive, you can select and additional paid feature to synchronize your data with a remote server whenever the USB drive is placed into any computer with internet access.

DELETING INFORMATION:
On the left column, press “Home – List View” Click on the entry (row) which contains the data that you wish to delete. On the bottom of the “Form Entry View” click “Delete.”

Error - Antivirus has detected a virus. Name: worm.win32.autorun.ch@151635; Location e:\knight.exe. This might be seen by a super fancy anti-virus program. It is a file to autorun the application and is safe. However, if you like you can delete it and open the program manually.

Your computer screen resolution is probably too low. You need to have resolution of 1024 x 768 on the current version of MedMemory, however, future versions will work on even lower resolutions. Right click on your mouse while pointing at the computer background. Click "Properties" Click "Settings" which is the 5th tab over on the top. Set "Screen Resolution" to 1024 x 768 or higher. Call us for any unresolved challenges. HOST COMPUTER RETENTION OF INFORMATION: Host computer would not retain any of your medical information. MedMemory is a stand-alone application. No users have the legal right to copy any of your information without your prior authorization in writing INFORMATION ENTRY: => see "ADD INFORMATION" LAUNCHING MEDMEMORY: Some computers do not auto launch (autorun) the MedMemory software. This could be due to more advanced anti-virus software. This could be because the host computer has been configured NOT to autorun material inserted. LAUNCHING SOFTWARE MORE RAPIDLYPut the mouse over the start button (bottom left) Right click the mouse. Click “Properties” Click “Start Menu” (top 2nd tab) Click Customize Click Advanced Under the Start Menu Items, click My Computer “display as a menu.” Click “OK” Click “Apply” Click “OK” Now your “My Computer” tab in the start menu will display as a menu and allow you to open files and folders more easily.
